Fitness is a Culture, Self Preservation is the key.
SOMETIMES PEOPLE BECOME OVERWHELMED WITH INFORMATION ABOUT HOW TO STAY FIT. I'M 39 YEARS OLD AND HAVE BEEN IN SHAPE MY WHOLE LIFE. I MADE IT MY BUSINESS AS A YOUNG CHILD I TOLD MYSELF TO NEVER MAKE PHYSICAL FITNESS BECOME A TASK, IT WAS JUST SOMETHING THAT WAS MANDATORY PART OF LIFE. GET LIKE ME!! TAKE OWNERSHIP OF YOUR NEW LIFESTYLE AS YOU TAKE PART OF A CULTURE FILLED WITH MANY HEALTH BENEFITS. I ONLY WORK OUT ONLY 180 MINUTES A WEEK AND I CONTINUE TO STAY IN EXCELLENT SHAPE THROUGHOUT THE YEARS. WHEN I WAS 17 I WAS BENCH PRESSING 275 POUNDS 3 TIMES AND SQUATTING 450 POUNDS WITH THE BAR ON MY BACK. REMEMBER I WAS 17 AND FORGOT TO ADD THAT I ONLY WEIGHED MERE 160 POUNDS AT THE TIME. 23 YEARS LATER I'M 40. AFTER BEING HIT BY A TRUCK AND HAVING A CRUSHED PELVIS AND BROKEN HIP I WAS ABLE TO LEARN TO WALK AGAIN AND ALSO GET MY BENCH PRESS BACK UP TO 275 POUNDS 1 TIME AND 315 POUNDS 12 TIMES ON THE SQUAT. THE MORAL OF THE STORY IS THAT EVERYTHING I HAD DONE WHEN I WAS YOUNGER CAME BACK REALLY FAST AND NATURALLY. THIS WAS MAINLY DONE THROUGH STUDIES I LEARNED THROUGH EXPERIENCE AND LOTS OF COLLEGE,INTRINSIC DRIVE AND THE FACT THAT THE HUMAN BODY AND MUSCLE HAS THE BEST MEMORY.
